Help Desk is active|
For those of you that have supported Blue Linux by buying a CD we have now activated the free help desk.
This is not a free trial this is free support. By helping us with development costs with your purchase we are going to help you with support. We feel that without you all we could not continue.
To activate your help desk account you must go to http://support.bluelinux.org/ and register. You will be asked for your Activation code. Please enter the product code you recieved via email or on the packaging of your disk.
Once you have registered you can login and request enter new tickets for help. Also once you have registered you can use the email address you registered with to send help support problems in via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
